Project Overview

Dual-purpose medical and childcare facility requiring specialized partitioning solutions for both healthcare and early learning environments. Delivered for Carelli Constructions, the project demanded rigorous acoustic and infection control standards. Medical consultation rooms achieved Rw 52 acoustic ratings with sealed perimeter detailing to prevent cross-contamination. Fire-rated corridor systems separate medical and childcare zones while maintaining compliant egress paths. All materials comply with both healthcare facility guidelines and Victorian childcare regulations, with impact-resistant boards throughout child-accessible areas.
