Bundoora Vista Townhouse

Project Overview

Contemporary townhouse development comprising 24 two and three-storey residences, delivered for CRC Group at the Zenith Rise precinct. The multi-storey townhouse typology demanded rigorous acoustic floor systems to isolate living zones across levels, achieving Rw 50+ floor-to-floor sound insulation through resilient channel ceiling systems and high-density insulation batts. Internal finishes included Level 4 plasterboard throughout, with custom bulkhead details in kitchens, shadow-line ceiling treatments in living areas, and moisture-resistant installations in all wet areas. Fire-rated party walls between townhouses achieved FRL 90/90/90 compliance using double-layer plasterboard on steel stud framing. Garage installations incorporated impact-resistant boards and seamless integration with automated door systems.
