Project Overview

Contemporary townhouse estate comprising 15 multi-level residences, each featuring double lockup garage with internal access. Delivered for Carelli Constructions, the development demanded consistent high-specification finishing across all dwellings while maintaining efficient construction programming. Our scope included complete internal plasterboard installation across all levels, incorporating Level 4 finishing throughout living zones, custom kitchen and living area bulkheads, and shadowline ceiling details in primary spaces. Fire-rated party walls between townhouses achieved FRL 90/90/90 compliance, while acoustic floor systems between levels utilized resilient channels and high-density batts to achieve Rw 50+ performance. Garage installations incorporated impact-resistant plasterboard and fire-rated internal access doorways. Moisture-resistant systems throughout all bathrooms and laundries ensured long-term durability.
