Project Overview

Large-scale industrial development comprising three high-clearance warehouses with integrated office mezzanines. Completed for CRC Group, our scope included full internal lining of all office areas, amenities blocks, and mezzanine partitioning systems. The project utilized heavy-duty steel stud framing at 450mm centers to support storage racking loads, with fire-rated separation walls between tenancies achieving FRL 120/120/120. Industrial-grade plasterboard systems throughout office zones provide enhanced impact resistance and acoustic performance suitable for high-activity warehouse environments.
