The project encompassed comprehensive internal lining across all residential apartments, featuring Level 4+ plasterboard finishing throughout to achieve paint-ready surfaces suitable for premium interior fit-outs. Inter-apartment separating walls incorporated acoustic-rated double-stud framing systems achieving Rw 52+ sound insulation, ensuring privacy and quiet enjoyment for residents. Custom ceiling bulkheads concealed building services while maintaining clean architectural lines, with shadowline detailing framing living and dining zones. Fire-rated corridor systems and acoustic-rated apartment entry doors ensured full BCA compliance for Class 2 multi-residential occupancy classification.
