Project Overview

Six-level open-plan office building featuring ground-floor commercial showroom and flexible workspace layouts across upper floors. Our installation encompassed full-height glass partition systems, demountable office partitions, and exposed-ceiling acoustic treatments. The project required meticulous coordination with MEP services to achieve ceiling-free aesthetics while maintaining acoustic performance through strategically placed cloud baffles and perimeter wall systems. Fire-rated stairwell enclosures and lift lobbies delivered full AS 1530.4 compliance.
