Project Overview

Public community facility delivered for Carelli Constructions, serving as a vital civic hub for the growing Clyde North community. This multi-purpose government building encompasses community gathering spaces, administrative offices, and family support service areas, all requiring specialized internal lining solutions to meet stringent public sector standards. Our scope included complete plasterboard installation throughout all zones, achieving Level 4+ finishing standards suitable for high-traffic public environments. Fire-rated corridor systems and compartment walls ensured full BCA compliance for public assembly classification, with acoustic-rated partitioning between activity rooms achieving Rw 50+ to minimize noise transfer between simultaneous programs. Impact-resistant plasterboard throughout circulation zones and child-accessible areas provides long-term durability against heavy daily use. All materials certified to AS/NZS 2588 standards with full chain-of-custody documentation meeting Victorian Government procurement requirements. Moisture-resistant systems in amenities blocks and kitchen facilities ensure compliance with public health regulations, while OHS-compliant installation procedures included after-hours work scheduling to minimize disruption to adjacent occupied facilities.
