Project Overview

Prestigious heritage adaptive reuse project combining 20 luxury apartments within two double-storey heritage-listed brick buildings, seamlessly integrated with 19 new-construction townhouses. Completed for CRC Group, the development required specialized approaches for both heritage refurbishment and contemporary construction. Heritage apartments demanded precision plasterboard installation to preserve existing architectural features while achieving modern acoustic and thermal performance standards. New townhouse construction incorporated Level 4 finishing throughout, with feature ceiling bulkheads, recessed lighting integration, and fire-rated inter-tenancy separation walls. The project showcased our capability to deliver consistent quality across diverse construction typologies while respecting heritage fabric and achieving stringent residential building standards.
