Project Overview

Landmark 22-level residential tower comprising 106 luxury apartments with single-level basement car parking. Constructed for L.U. Simon Builder, this premium development demanded precision internal lining across all residential floors. Our scope included complete plasterboard installation throughout apartments, featuring Level 4+ finishing for paint-ready surfaces, custom bulkhead designs in living areas, and acoustic separation walls achieving Rw 50+ between adjacent units. Basement installations incorporated moisture-resistant systems and fire-rated car park ceiling solutions. The project showcased advanced coordination with building services, ensuring seamless integration of recessed lighting, air conditioning diffusers, and acoustic treatments across 22 residential levels.
