Project Overview

Six-level mixed-use development comprising 246 residential apartments integrated with ground-floor commercial and retail spaces. Delivered in partnership with LU Simon Builder, our scope included all commercial tenancy partitioning, basement car park ceilings, and common area lining across four basement levels. The project demanded rigorous acoustic separation between residential and commercial zones, achieving Rw 55+ ratings through strategic use of double-stud framing and high-density insulation batts. Fire-rated corridor systems throughout ensured full BCA compliance for mixed-occupancy classification.
