Following the successful delivery of Nexus Building One—the second building in Victoria and the first office development outside Melbourne CBD to achieve a 5 Star AS-Built certification—Nexus Corporate Building 2 sets a new benchmark for sustainable commercial construction. This 8,600m² mixed-use development encompasses premium office spaces integrated with unrivalled amenities. Awarded both a 5 Star Greenstar Rating and 4.5 Star NABERS Energy rating, the project demonstrates industry-leading design innovation and environmental performance. Built by Hickory Group, our scope included complete internal partitioning systems, acoustic-rated walls, and fire-compliant ceiling installations throughout all commercial tenancies.
