Project Overview
Boutique residential development comprising eight luxury apartments across three levels with single-level basement car parking, constructed for L.U. Simon Builder in the prestigious Camberwell locale. The premium location demanded superior acoustic performance and gallery-grade finishing to meet discerning buyer expectations. Inter-apartment walls achieved Rw 52+ acoustic ratings through double-layer plasterboard on resilient stud framing, while floor-ceiling systems incorporated acoustic underlays and resilient channels to eliminate impact noise transmission. All apartments received Level 4+ finishing with meticulous attention to shadowline ceiling details, radius corner treatments, and seamless wall-to-ceiling transitions. Feature bulkheads in living areas concealed HVAC ducting and incorporated recessed LED lighting channels. Basement installations featured moisture-resistant lining and fire-rated vehicle egress corridors.
