Project Overview

Two-level Greenwood Childcare Centre delivered for Carelli Constructions at the Lakeside Drive site. The facility features advanced acoustic design with Rw 50+ rated partitions between all learning spaces, ensuring optimal sound isolation for educational activities. Our scope included complete supply and installation of impact-resistant plasterboard systems, moisture-resistant lining in wet areas, and fire-rated construction throughout egress paths. Specialized rounded corner beads and tamper-proof screw fixings ensure child safety compliance across all internal surfaces.
