Project Overview

Purpose-built two-level childcare facility delivered for Carelli Constructions. Specialized installation including impact-resistant plasterboard throughout all child-accessible zones, acoustic ceiling systems to minimize inter-room noise transmission, and moisture-resistant lining in bathroom and kitchen areas. The project demanded compliance with stringent childcare facility regulations including rounded corner profiles, tamper-proof fixings, and washable paint-grade finishes. All materials certified to AS/NZS 2588 standards with full chain-of-custody documentation.
